新北抽驗市售「牛肉」 全數過關

（優活健康網新聞部／綜合報導）為保障民眾食用安全，新北市衛生局7月針對轄內攤商及餐飲業者，抽驗市售「牛肉」10件檢驗動物用藥及乙型瘦體素，檢驗結果全數過關。

衛生局說明，「牛肉」檢驗的項目為動物用藥，包括乙型瘦體素及抗生素，結果10件全數合格。衛生局食品藥物管理科長林冠蓁表示，萊克多巴胺為乙型受體素中其中的一種，原本開發用於治療人類的氣喘，其添加於動物飼料中可以增加家畜家禽的瘦肉比例、降低脂肪比例及減少飼料用量等優點，因此做為動物肥育期之飼料添加物。

根據食品添加物聯合專家委員會指出，萊克多巴胺在動物體內的排除速度快，相關物質主要是經由尿液排泄。四環黴素類抗生素為廣效型抗生素，其一般常見的副作用為噁心、嘔吐、厭食、腸胃脹氣、胃灼熱、腹瀉等胃腸障礙與過敏現象及怕光。
