紅薏仁檢出黃麴毒素 已勒令下架

（中央社記者陳清芳台北15日電）食藥署日前在紅麴米、紅麴酵素錠、紅薏仁等3件食品中，檢出過量橘黴素、黃麴毒素等，不但不能養生恐會致癌，已勒令下架。

衛生福利部食品藥物管理署北區管理中心主任潘志寬今天表示，米、麥、堅果、薏仁、果乾、咖啡、果汁，在保存不當情況下容易發黴，今年4到6月抽驗市面163件，依產品類別不同，檢驗項目包括黃麴毒素、赭麴毒素、橘黴素、棒麴毒素等，結果共3件不合格。

其中，彰化縣田尾鄉羅姓廠商的散裝紅麴米，驗出10.6ppm橘黴素，高於紅麴米法規標準5ppm以下；宜蘭縣甲好生技的紅麴酵素錠尚未過期，查出4.9ppm橘黴素，高於紅麴製品2ppm以下的法規標準；台北市華順貿易從泰國進口的紅薏仁，檢出15.2ppb的總黃麴毒素，高於法規標準10ppb。

林口長庚醫院毒物科醫師顏宗海表示，黃麴毒素的毒性最強，對B型肝炎帶原者、肝功能不良者尤其具傷害性，有加重肝硬化、致肝癌之虞。橘黴素的毒較低，但吃多了，也會增加肝腎負擔。

顏宗海說，民眾會吃紅麴、紅薏仁，都是為了養生，但是這些食物長出發黴毒素時，可能外觀正常，吃不出異狀，因此最好挑選包裝完整、小份量的製品，開封後盡快吃完，吃不完放冰箱儲存，或分裝冷凍，延長期保存期限。

潘志寬說，問題紅麴米已全部售出，且因老闆過世而不再製造、貯存及販售。其他兩種問題食品要求回收、銷毀，已責成衛生機關列管業者，加強監督。1020815
