有毒餐盒 食藥署要求封存回收

（優活健康網實習記者顏佩瑩／綜合報導）有關今日媒體報導「踢爆毒餐盒流市面」，指出業者於紙製食品容器製程中因沾染污漬，而以有毒溶劑甲苯擦拭。食藥署已於13日責成地方衛生局調查至現場稽查後，已要求業者暫停作業及停止販賣，封存及回收該產品，並抽驗其紙製餐盒之衛生安全符合情形。

業者於製造、販賣、輸入、輸出食品器具、食品容器或包裝時，如使用有毒物質，則違反食品衛生管理法將命業者暫停作業及停止販售、封存該產品，並處6萬元以上1,500萬元以下罰鍰。食藥署再次呼籲業者於製造食品器具、食品容器或包裝等相關產品時，應遵守我國相關法定之規範，並確保產品品質與衛生安全，善盡保障國人安全之責任，以免觸法受罰。
