第１４回鳥取香菇祭將於2013年10月5日舉行。

鳥取縣享有「香菇王國」之稱，香菇的生產量佔全日本第一位，種植香菇技術高明，縣內設有日本唯一的香菇・菌類民間學術研究機関--一般財團法人日本香菇中心。為推廣香菇的魅力、美味、與健康、自然環境的關係而舉辦此活動，有植菌體験(有料)、1000本！摘香菇(有料)、飲食市集、香菇生薬・薬理効果展示等。
