台聯籲票價凍漲 高鐵不回應

（中央社記者曾盈瑜、汪淑芬台北1日電）台灣團結聯盟立法院黨團今天說，高鐵閒置土地、「肥貓」太多，不求改善，應凍漲票價；高鐵受訪表示，不回應。

台聯黨團副總召集人黃文玲上午在立法院舉行記者會表示，高鐵員工平均年薪新台幣73萬元，但應徵起薪僅3萬元，高鐵董事長歐晉德年薪達900餘萬元。公司內部薪資高低相差很大，肥貓問題嚴重。

台聯黨團幹事長葉津鈴說，政府徵收高鐵用地後，提供車站周邊土地給高鐵開發，年租金便宜，高鐵卻閒置這些土地，這樣的經營模式難道沒問題？

台聯黨團總召許忠信說，如果高鐵票價調漲，預估1年盈餘可增加45億元；在這樣高額利潤下，高鐵卻還要求延長特許期。

他說，黨團反對高鐵延長特許期又漲價，也質疑高鐵內部肥貓、土地閒置。立法院交通委員會昨天要歐晉德列席說明，他卻以出國為由拒絕，黨團要求歐晉德下台負責。1021001
