麻豆文旦採收 今年增產價格略漲

進入文旦產季，今年氣溫較高，文旦成熟得快，提前採收，主要產區麻豆的文旦已採收兩成，品質相當不錯。今年麻豆文旦增產大約兩成，產地平均價格落在每公斤120元到250元之間，比去年價格高，今年麻豆文旦外銷出口量也比去年成長。麻豆文旦水份多、果肉細緻，甜度高，頂級的麻豆文旦甜度甚至可達到14度，因此歷年來都是民眾搶購的優質產品。（張佳琪報導）

文旦產季到，麻豆文旦進入採收期。今年夏季氣溫高，文旦成熟得快，麻豆文旦往年白露前十天才採收，今年提早收成，目前已採收兩成。台南市麻豆區農會總幹事李育賢表示，今年麻豆文旦產量大約四千公噸，高於去年的三千多噸，價格也高於去年，產地平均價一公斤大約120到250元之間。李育賢說：「價格今年略貴，去年一公斤１００到２００都有，但今年提高到１２０到２５０元之間」。

李育賢說，麻豆文旦個頭嬌小，肉質細緻、水分多、甜度高，平均甜度在11度左右，頂級的麻豆文旦甜度達14度，選購時建議選購12到14兩的文旦，買回家放個幾天再吃，風味更好。

老欉的麻豆文旦品質向來優越，歷年來都是搶手貨，今年麻豆「老欉」文旦還沒採收，民眾要選購的話動作要快。
