簡單在家做夏日料理~泰式涼拌皮蛋

【旅遊摩人琪琪專輯】酸酸辣辣的泰式口味,夏天吃最開胃了!! 今天來點不一樣的,把皮蛋拿來涼拌~ 曾經有泰式餐廳吃過類似的料理,一盤才2顆皮蛋就要一百多!! 還是自己動手做最划算了!!

材料: 皮蛋,洋蔥,辣椒,蒜末,香菜,檸檬 調味料: 魚露,泰式甜雞醬,檸檬汁,果糖

洋蔥切細絲或是切細末都可以!! 洋蔥需先泡冰水,其間需換水2-3次,泡冰水可以去除洋蔥的辛辣味

泰式醬汁: 魚露跟泰式甜雞醬(或是泰式辣椒醬)比例約1:5(魚露1泰式甜雞醬5) ,喜歡酸的,檸檬汁就多加點 喜歡甜味重點就加點糖,喜歡辣,辣椒就多加點, 醬汁可以隨自己喜好調整!! 醬汁調好後就可以加入蒜末,辣椒和香菜末,拌勻即可!

如果不敢吃不熟的皮蛋,可以用電鍋將皮蛋蒸熟即可!!

盤底鋪上洋蔥,擺上皮蛋!

最後再淋上醬汁即完成~
將將,泰式涼拌皮蛋上桌了!

酸酸辣辣的醬汁搭配皮蛋,好爽口好開胃!!
