簡單在家做創意料理~蒜頭炒飯

【旅遊摩人琪琪專輯】新蒜已經出來了,新鮮的蒜頭品質和營養都是最棒的!今天就來炒一個最最簡單的蒜頭炒飯也順便清清冰箱裡的剩飯!!

蒜頭真是好處多多的食物,不僅增味增香還是個健康食品 聽說每天吃2-3瓣蒜頭可以降膽固醇,高血壓等等.... 沒想到小小一顆蒜頭威力那麼大!! 之前家人都吃不慣糙米飯,後來我就把一杯白米和一杯糙米混合一起煮~

要炒飯前把塑膠袋內的飯用手捏開再炒

做法:鍋熱打入蛋,拌炒一下後把蛋推至鍋邊,再加入蒜末爆香(這時可以適情況加入少許油) 把蒜頭炒香後就可以加入冷飯炒勻,冷飯雖然已經捏開了,不過還是有小結塊, 這時用鍋鏟輕輕壓,把飯炒至乾鬆,再準備下醬油, 醬油一定要從鍋邊下,這樣才會有鍋氣和醬油的焦香味 最後加入蔥花拌炒後即可起鍋! 也可以不加蛋,直接炒香蒜末後加入白飯炒!

上面再點綴一下炸過的蒜片

濃濃的蒜頭香,卻沒有蒜頭的嗆味 中午不知道吃什麼時就來盤蒜頭炒飯,真的很讚耶!
