（優活健康網實習記者顏佩瑩／綜合報導）中元節大賣場及糕餅店是消費者常光顧地點，為保障縣民消費食的安全，宜蘭縣政府衛生局針對轄內超級市場、傳統市場自製糕餅店等處進行抽驗，結果均與規定相符。

劉建廷局長提醒鄉親，優先選擇環境衛生及商譽良好之廠商購買食品，多加注意祭拜後食品之處理與保存，並儘早食用完，避免放置室溫太久，導致食物腐敗，確實遵守預防食品中毒「要洗手」、「要新鮮」、「要注意保存溫度」、「要生熟食分開」及「要徹底加熱」等五要原則，以維護食品衛生安全。
