國健署：調整菸價 可降抽菸比例

國立陽明大學公共衛生學科暨研究所教授黃嵩立進行研究發現，台灣菸害防制法對降低青少年抽菸率效果很有限。

林清麗主任認為，政府應該要多鼓勵青少年主動參與菸害防制政策、無菸環境政策規劃，並讓青少年充份了解香菸是成癮性物質。

國民健康署健康教育及菸害防制組馮宗蟻組長表示，調整菸價的確可以減少青少年抽菸比例，不過要調整菸價就必須修法，目前調整菸價相關法條已經通過立法院一讀程序，如果法條通過，目前菸價約新台幣七十多塊，應該會調漲到新台幣一百多塊。

至於香菸警示圖示方面，預計本星期會做變動。
