蜂蜜減產5成 價格漲3成

〔自由時報記者葉永騫／枋山報導〕受到氣候及農藥影響，今年蜜蜂死亡率增加，蜂蜜減產一半以上，價格也漲了二、三成，枋山鄉養蜂達人陳明旭表示，為提升蜜蜂體力、增加蜂群數量，蜂農會餵食花粉給蜜蜂吃，希望增加蜂蜜產量。

今年蜜蜂死亡率大幅增加，經過專家研究發現與農藥的使用有關，蜜蜂因為吃下農藥造成死亡，使得今年的蜜蜂數量大減，蜂蜜產量也受到影響。

養蜂達人陳明旭表示，今年蜜蜂數量銳減，原本一箱蜂巢約有五、六萬隻蜜蜂，現在只剩下三、四萬隻，產蜜量也大幅減少，蜂蜜預估減產一半以上，價格因而上漲了二、三成。

陳明旭說，蜂巢蜜蜂的數量由蜂王決定，蜂王會根據採回來的花蜜、花粉來判斷外在環境好或不好，再決定新生蜜蜂的數量，人為操控不易；不過，有經驗的養蜂人都知道提供花粉給蜜蜂食用，這能讓蜜蜂的體力增加，還可借此釋放出外在環境良好的訊息，影響蜂王判斷，多生出些卵來孵化成蜜蜂，增加蜂箱內蜜蜂的數量，提高蜂蜜產量，穩定消費市場。
