活化車道使用 新北推廣「顏色管理」

人車搶道是交通事故原因之一，新北市交通局今天表示，他們已經從日前實施「車道鋪面顏色管理」，在汽機車交叉路口，設置顏色鋪面，活化車道使用，提醒駕駛和路人注意，結果成效良好。

交通部「道路交通安全督導會」表示，新北市政府從98年開始，在汽機車交叉路口或路段，設置磚紅色舖面，機車肇事率下降47.37%。今年六月開始分別在市政大樓、捷運府中站前、金山中山路和九份老街候車亭等，試辦「創新行人穿越道標線綠色鋪面」，提升行人穿越效率，減少汽、機車等候時間。

過去新北市在轄內13座上下橋、27個汽機車交織路段設磚紅色鋪面，提醒用路人注意，降低汽、機車衝突，新北市交通局長趙紹廉說，實施後成效良好，希望把成功案例，推廣到其他縣市。
