曾獲得台北人氣小籠包亞軍的殊榮，日本雜誌爭相採訪，連挑嘴的美食家都能收服，小小店面每到用餐時間 ，廚房總是忙得不得了，這些可都是師傅以30年的真功夫所換來的口碑，研發出來的獨家口味更是連台灣老饕都大呼滿意。

加入老麵的麵皮，除了薄可透光，這可是讓湯包充滿湯汁的精隨，去除雜質和多餘油質的內餡，收近光滑的麵皮中，完成標準的18摺痕，放進蒸籠裡五分鐘後，就是無可挑剔的美味。

輕輕夾起沉甸甸的湯包，外皮柔軟細緻，內餡豐盈飽滿，一口咬下湯汁直流，不能錯過的還有蟹粉口味，選用台灣沙公，純手工挑出蟹黃，鮮香的蟹黃和著肉一塊吃下，除了吃到滿滿的海鮮味之外，就連豬肉的甜味也一併帶出來了。

13歲從外燴學徒做起，之後轉往圓山飯店學習，退伍後進入江浙餐廳，曾多次受邀前往國外示範廚藝，多年來的努力都投注在這一顆顆湯包裡，從小湯包看見真功夫，能讓客人吃得值得就是師傅最大的目標。
