貓纜斷電求償 台電：未符規定

（中央社記者林孟汝台北13日電）貓空纜車接連發生無預警斷電事件，北市府要求台電賠償。台電公司表示，依照營業規則，低壓用戶扣減電費需連續斷電達24小時，貓纜斷電時數並未符合規定。

不過，台電認為「客戶至上」，對未能正常供電致歉，也希望透過市府與台電的溝通平台，向北市府說明。

台北市長郝龍斌上午主持市政會議，對於貓空纜車在8月1日、6日及7日發生3次無預警斷電事件，認為不僅攸關旅客安全，也嚴重影響貓纜營運的信譽，要求向台電表達不滿並求償。

台電表示，此次貓纜斷電，受影響的只有站體用電（低壓電力），至於纜車的主要電源（高壓電力），並未造成影響。

依台電營業規則，低壓用戶每次停電連續時間需達24小時，才能扣抵電費。1020813
