上半年肉品抽驗 1件烏骨雞不合格

（健康醫療網／郭庚儒報導）台北市衛生局公布102年上半年生鮮水產及肉品抽驗結果，共114件，包括水產61件、肉品53件，其中「尚政畜牧場」的1件烏骨雞，檢出三甲氧芐氨嘧啶，超過標準值0.02ppm，不符規定。台北市衛生局表示，已要求業者下架不得販售，並處以6萬元以上、1500萬以下罰鍰。

抽驗61件水產品，包括34件魚類、12件貝類、11件蝦類、4件蟹類等，檢驗項目為氯黴素類、硝基呋喃代謝物、孔雀綠、48項多重動物用藥，蝦、蟹及貝類，另加驗二氧化硫、過氧化氫，結果都符合規定。

另外，肉品共抽驗53件，包含27件雞肉、8件豬肉、5件羊肉、4件鴨肉、3件鵝肉等，檢驗項目為48項多重動物用藥，結果1件烏骨雞，檢出三甲氧芐氨嘧啶0.07ppm。

台北市衛生局食品藥物管理處長邱秀儀表示，三甲氧芐氨嘧啶是一種抗菌劑，為合法動物用藥，過量使用會引起腸胃不適，影響腎功能。她提醒，肉品飼養業者使用核准藥品時，必須注意劑量及停藥期。
